This form is your expression of interest to apply for a place at Montessori East. Your application together with payment of the application fee will automatically add you to the waitlist. A full explanation of the enrolments process can be found under Enrolments.

Before you get started with this application, please make sure you have ready:

• a PDF version of your child's birth certificate. 
• your payment details for online payment

Your application will not be processed until we have the birth certificate and the application fee of $200 is paid. Please note this is a non-refundable fee.
